- Install JDK - JDK
- Download and Install Apache Tomcat - http://tomcat.apache.org
- Download and Install Eclipse - http://www.eclipse.org/downloads
- Download and Install Struts - http://struts.apache.org/download.cgi
Once you 4 things mentioned above you can start web application development in JAVA.
