Invitations for Joint ventures in Residential Projects in and around Pune and Primpri Chinchwad

We are a firm - Salunke Enterprises with interests in real estate industry in and around Pune. We are looking for potential partners for starting the joint ventures in residential projects.

Few important things you should know are given below.

1. The areas we are interested in are Kiwale, Dehu, Talegaon, Gahunje, Baramati, Loni Kalbhor, Hinjewadi. This list will grow over a period of time.
2. Minimum investment you will need to make would be more than 10 lacs.
3. Cost and Profit sharing will be done on % sharing basis. For example - If you invest 30% in the cost of the project, you will get 30% of the profit earned out of the project.
4. Maximum number of partners would be 4.
5. We would hire people to get things done. The entire process would be transparent. The contracts would be awarded to firms (like steel supplier, land supplier etc) based on tender (Quotation) process.   
6. We would hire professional agents to get all approvals from corporation (PCMC / PMC) required for the successful commencement and completion of the project.
