What all permissions are required to start the new residential project in Pune?

You will need to get below permissions from the corporation before starting the new residential project.

1. Title report of the land
2. Layout plan
3. Approved blue print (Architectural plan)
4. RCC design certificate
5. Clearance from environment department
6. Clearance from Sewage department
7. Clearance from Fire fighting department

After all the documents are submitted to Corporation, engineer will visit the site and if everything goes well, commencement certificate is issued giving you permission to start the construction.
