We need below ingredients to make Paneer Masala.
Once you have got all above constituents, you can go ahead and follow below steps to prepare it.
- Vegetable oil- 4 spoons.
- chopped onion and capsicum.
- Enough ginger and garlic.
- Cumin seeds
- Masala and red chilli powder.
- Turmeric powder
- milk, sugar and salt
- coriander leaves and fenugreek leaves
- Paneer pieces
- Tomato ketchup
Once you have got all above constituents, you can go ahead and follow below steps to prepare it.
- Pour edible oil into the pan and heat for 30 seconds.
- Add chopped pieces of onion, capsicum and cumin seeds into it.
- Cook till cumin seeds crackle.
- Then add sugar, milk, salt and masala in to it.
- Cook well for 5 minutes on mild heat.
- Add paneer pieces with sugar and water.
- Mix well and cook for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves, and few drops of lemon.
- Serve with hot roti.
