Writing Cover letter for Job Application

Applying to some jobs needs you to furnish the document highlighting your achievement in your career. This document is sometimes called as a Resume Cover Letter.

You need to mention below details in Cover Letter of Resume.

  1. Your highest qualification.
  2. Any global certificates.
  3. Any special achievement.
  4. Your experience and expertise in specific field.
  5. What stands you apart from the crowd?
  6. Highlight only few important things
  7. Keep it short and simple. (KISS)

Mention only highest qualification like BE in Computer Science or PHD OR MS in Marketing. You can also mention certifications that are recognized globally. For Example – You can mention MSCE, CCNA and SCJP etc. You should also state any special achievement at state or national level you may have obtained. It can be anything like speech content, sports contents, plays or any other prominent contest. You should also mention key skills that you hold and why you are outstanding in your field.
